Mow your grass or else!

A reader sent these interesting photos.

This first one shows a sign posted by the City of Reidsville on a private piece of property.  The sign warns that the grass must be mowed or the city will mow the yard and fine the property owner $350.  This is a fairly common practice of the City.  Mow your grass or else!

Just down the street is another piece of property owned by the City of Reidsville.  Obviously the City is not caring for its own yard.
