A return to wine and roses

The Greensboro News has beaten the Review to the punch and is reporting Rockingham County may be soon returning to its former days of wine and roses.  Yes, someone is thinking about buying Chinqua-Penn and just maybe turning the now defunct house into a tourist attraction again.

In addition to repairs to the roof, windows, and walls, about a million dollars is needed for some basic furniture and a couple of paintings.
