The Review's current poll shows 11 readers believe "service" is the key to a successful restaurant, while 6 readers believe the "menu" is most important factor. Only 1 reader believes location is important and no one has voted for "marketing" as the primary reason for a successful restaurant.
I'm not sure how theses numbers reflect the lack of success of The Cutting Board/The Vault/Heffinger-Heist/Halftime Headquarters/Southern Kulture, Reidsville's longest running chain of failed restaurants at 100 S. Scales St.
