The county Attorney, Robert Shaver, has drafted a proposed new ordinance that will allow the Sheriff (Sam Page) to arrest you if you fire a gun within 500 feet of your neighbor's house.
I'll let that one sink in a minute...
If you fire a gun within 500 feet of your neighbor's house, even if you're on your own property, you will be in violation of this ordinance.
