Tourism Board Offers Solutions to Coal Ash Spill

They don't know squat about water quality or coal ash spills, but according to the Review's headline, the County Tourism Board is offering solutions to Duke Energy's coal ash spill into the Dan River.  Hopefully Duke Energy will take the County Tourism Board's advice and we can get the mess cleaned up,
